Role Description

As an Academy Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing programs directly.

Lead training workshops in schools and facilities, drive training excellence, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Develop capabilities within the Operations team and become an in-house expert in program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage programs directly.
  • Lead training workshops in schools and facilities.
  • Drive training excellence and maintain all environmental and peripheral factors affecting a training program.
  • Build strong relationships with key program stakeholders, volunteers, and partners.
  • Develop capabilities within the Operations team.
What You'll Achieve
  • Gain a good understanding of the charity organization, social service sector, and training & development programs.
  • Establish a basic understanding and relationship with staff team members and their respective job scopes and roles.
  • Have a clear view of what you would like to achieve for the organization in the short- and long-term.
  • Be one of the key trainers able to lead all of our training programs to a high degree of expertise.
  • Take on the role as a program in-charge, managing key stakeholders involved in the program you are working on.
  • Build strong foundations for cross-department collaboration.
  • Be the in-house expert on how we deliver excellent programs to our partners.
  • Be a role model in the youth development space, setting a good example to all youths everywhere.
  • Build strong relationships both within and outside the organization.
Requirements
  • A keen interest in developing, conceptualizing, and executing training workshops.
  • Track record of involvement in youth work, as a student or otherwise.
  • Experience in training & development, facilitation, or coaching is a plus.
  • Engaging personality, able to captivate young audiences through conversation, storytelling, and reflection facilitation.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced working and learning environment.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in work.
  • Calm and stable personality, able to handle stressful situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills across various levels of stakeholders.
