Programme Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Programme Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of our Master's Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Admissions Team to process applications, handle documentation, and communicate with applicants.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare materials for the Board of Admissions, including analysis and reporting.
  • Provide operational support for programme delivery, including enrolment, feedback collection, and examination logistics.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including commencement ceremonies and other programme-related events.
  • Support data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Undertake tasks related to programme operations and student services as required.
