Job Title

Senior Manager/Manager, Programmes Division: A Leadership Role in Community Development

This leadership position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to community development initiatives in Asia. As Senior Manager/Manager of the Programmes Division, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that foster collaboration among communities, exchange ideas, skills, resources, and experiences to create positive social impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, partnership development, and international development. With at least 5 years of experience in leading regional or multi-country non-profit programming, they will possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, International Development, Public Policy, or related disciplines. Proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement volunteer-driven programs aligned with SIF's goals and regional development priorities.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with governments, multilateral organizations, corporates, academia, and civil society to co-create impactful initiatives and policy-relevant outcomes.
  • Contribute to the regional expansion of SIF's digital, education, and health programs across Asia through partnership development and contextual program design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in programme management and partnership development roles.
  • Proven track record in leading regional or multi-country non-profit programming.
