Immerse yourself in a dynamic payments landscape as Vice President of Global Regulatory Developments and Engagement. Drive impactful regulatory and control activities, supporting the management of regulatory changes for Payments with a focus on APAC.

Spearhead optimization initiatives and daily business-as-usual processing activities, ensuring consistent quality and compliance across GRDE processes with a key focus on APAC related processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, refining and maintaining a comprehensive framework for the end to end global regulatory process for Payments, boosting process efficiency while consistently maintaining high quality standards.
  • Supporting GRDE innovation initiatives focused on automation and data integrations.
  • Managing projects and gathering requirements to address process optimization activities.
  • Supporting the ongoing delivery of training programs for APAC on process changes and new solution demonstrations.
  • Managing BAU activities, including investigating data inconsistencies, defects and business as usual queries from the APAC team.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and training delivery capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and implement effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Banking/Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management/process optimization.
  • Extensive experience in data analytics and process optimization.
