**Responsibilities**:

- **Ensuring GPSG is conducting business in adherence to the Payment Services Act 2019 and relevant regulations in Singapore and Global Payments internal compliance policies and standards.**:

- **Managing and executing procedures and processes governing GPSG's compliance program, including but not limited to the AML/KYC processes.**:

- **Liaising with regulatory authorities, promptly responding to regulatory requests, and proactively communicating compliance issues and reportable events, managing regulatory tasks including but not limited to regulatory reporting and filing.**:

- **Work closely and side by side with SG team and responsible for reporting management information to the Board so SG team, management and the Board are aware of the compliance issues and risks.**:

- **Providing necessary training on Singapore regulatory requirements, and actively advising SG team and management on compliance matters.**:
**Knowledge and Skill Required**:

- **Well-versed with AML/CFT regulations and the Payment Services Act 2019; competent, capable and expertise in AML matters is a must.**:

- **3-5 years or more working experience in the financial services sector, merchant acquirer or payment services firm experience preferred.**:

- **Existing relationships and/or experience working with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.**:
**Education**:

- **Bachelor of Law, Finance or Economics Degree or equivalent**:

- **Certification in regulatory compliance, professional qualifications or accreditation in the field of compliance, AML and financial crime prevention from the AICB or ICA is a plus. **:**Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
