Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a BSc (Physics, Chemistry, Applied Sciences) or BEng (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials) from a recognized institute of higher learning.

Manufacturing processes capacity planning, automation, scheduling, cycle time, and manufacturing efficiency are essential skills. Experience and willingness to work non-standard hours, including compressed 12-hour night shifts, is also required.

Outstanding organizational, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate team members from multiple sites and diverse backgrounds, are necessary.

">

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic coding skills are desired. Self-motivated individuals who can work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment are encouraged to apply.

Good written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.
