Order Fulfillment Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. This involves receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing orders from customers.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Managing documentation related to order fulfillment, including certificates of analysis and inspection statuses.
  • Collecting and analyzing sales data, customer contact information, and reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system for easy access to relevant documents.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing management systems and processes.
  • Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
