Insurance Telesales Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Telesales Executive to join our team. As an Insurance Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis & Advisory: Identify customer needs and match them with suitable insurance solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and campaign KPIs, including call quality.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up on renewals and handling issues professionally.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity logs in CRM systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all call interactions and processes comply with company regulations and industry standards.
  • Cross-selling & Up-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded insurance products to customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare application documents for policy issuance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining policies and building rapport.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to interact professionally and build relationships with clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of relevant software is necessary.
  • Sales Aptitude: A proven track record or interest in telesales and achieving sales targets is beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
  • Compliance Mindset: A commitment to adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Minimum Education: GCE 'A' Levels, Local Polytechnic Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
