Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to be the first point of contact for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-friendly attitude.

This role requires managing front-desk operations, supporting the smooth running of the business, and promoting services to walk-in clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Handling inquiries promptly and courteously, including responding to and following up on client requests.
  • Managing appointment bookings and maintaining an accurate scheduling system.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, stocked with necessary materials.
  • Understanding and assisting in promoting salon services, promotions, and packages to clients.
  • Handling point-of-sale operations, including processing payments and maintaining customer records.
  • Maintaining accurate client databases and updating profiles, treatment records, and usage history.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in the beauty or spa industry).
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
  • Well-presented, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
