Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing and operating a team of trade management associates in the Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior trade management roles, leadership skills, and a good understanding of wholesale financial services, operational risk, and regulatory landscapes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining roles and responsibilities within the team, providing guidance and leadership to team members, and ensuring that policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed. They will also be responsible for monitoring exception tools, ensuring that trades are accurately booked and matched in time, and working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate a team of trade management associates in the Singapore office
  • Define roles and responsibilities within the team and provide guidance and leadership to team members
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed
  • Monitor exception tools and ensure that trades are accurately booked and matched in time
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in senior trade management roles
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing teams
  • Good understanding of wholesale financial services, operational risk, and regulatory landscapes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
