Job Title:
Trade Management Professional, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:
The Trade Management team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of trades. As a Senior Trade Manager, you will be responsible for leading the trade management team in Singapore and overseeing the operational support functions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Manage and run the Operational support of the Trade Management team in Singapore and their associated functions:
  1. Define roles and responsibilities within the team.
  2. Provide guidance and leadership to team members.
  3. Ensure policy and procedure documents are maintained and updated as necessary.
  4. Take ownership of any issues that may arise in the day-to-day operating model of the Trade Management Team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Senior Trade Management role.
  • Experience in leading a team with good supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of wholesale financial services and regulatory landscape.
  • Ability to develop new skills and understand new technology as required.

Working Style:
As a Senior Trade Manager, you will be working closely with the front office trading desk and will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
