Solutions Expert

Join a dynamic team as a Solutions Expert and play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic consulting.

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. You will be responsible for developing tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Solution Design: 50%

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions
• Present compelling product demonstrations and workshops to showcase value
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify optimization opportunities using our solutions
• Provide expert insights and recommendations tailored to each client's operational goals
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within airlines

  • Implementation and Support: 10%

• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment of solutions
• Provide guidance during the onboarding phase, addressing client queries and customizing solutions where necessary

  • Market and Product Insights: 10%

• Gather client and market feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes in the airline and technology providers

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.

    Persuasion Skills
    Able to deliver compelling presentations and articulate complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.

    Business Acumen
    Strong ability to understand client needs, propose relevant solutions, and articulate value propositions effectively.

    Tech Savvy
    Proficiency in creating tailored, scalable solutions that address client-specific challenges.

    Data Analysis
    Analytical mindset for diagnosing operational inefficiencies and designing appropriate solutions.

    Airline Expertise
    Strong understanding of Airline business and operations, and aviation industry trends.

    Culture Fit
    Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, aligning solutions with client goals and driving measurable results.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, or similar roles within the airline, or travel Industry.
    • Deep expertise in industry leading Revenue Management, pricing, availability, shopping and merchandising solutions.
    • Knowledge in NDC and One Order IATA initiatives, Reservation and Global Distribution Systems (GDS), ATPCO fare rules, dynamic pricing, availability management, merchandising and ancillary revenue practices.
    • Ability to interpret data, build models, and provide actionable insights.
