We're looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in security software solutions, cloud native application security, SASE, CASB, Zero trust model, Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, AWS services, Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage, and data protection is essential. Additionally, experience in delivering high-quality presales support and solutions, as well as a passion for customer security, is highly desirable.

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring that our products and solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of security software solutions, cloud native application security, SASE, CASB, Zero trust model, Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, AWS services, Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage, and data protection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality presales support and solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Passion for customer security and a commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
