Job Title: Mechanical Engineer for HVAC Projects

  • The successful candidate will work on various HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and codes.
  • He/She will oversee subcontractors' work, coordinate site activities, and manage project timelines.
  • Experience in ACMV design and installation is required, along with knowledge of codes, Green Mark, HVAC, BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
  • Oversighting subcontractors' work and coordinating site activities per approved plans and materials.
  • Identifying and resolving M&E, structural, architectural, and client requirement discrepancies.
  • Managing project timelines and attending coordination meetings to resolve site issues.
  • Ensuring tasks are completed to standard, based on drawings and SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ACMV design and installation.
  • Knowledge of codes, Green Mark, HVAC, BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to travel and work on-site as required.
