Job Role Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves designing, developing and implementing engineering solutions for clients. We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a HVAC Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engineering solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct site surveys and measurements to gather data for project development.
  • Work with sales consultants to create project proposals and tenders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment.
  • Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering or Building Services.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HVAC/ACMV industry.
  • Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their components.
  • Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and other construction documents.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
