Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to oversee the installation of HVAC systems in various construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising the installation process, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include working closely with M&E consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues on-site, and coordinating with clients and relevant authorities to ensure that all requirements are met.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years of working experience in construction projects, preferably in semiconductor/industrial/commercial building sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication, reading, and writing skills in English and Chinese
