Job Title: Academic Program DirectorThe Academic Program Director is responsible for managing the development and review of academic programs, as well as supervising the quality assessment of teachers. They also oversee the accreditation of school courses and ensure that student examination arrangements meet the requirements set by the school.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement academic program plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • SUPERVISE teacher quality assessments to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Manage the accreditation process for school courses to maintain quality and credibility.
  • Coordinate student examination arrangements to meet school requirements.
  • Enforce school policies and regulations to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in education management or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to encourage teamwork and solicit ideas from teachers to drive academic excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of implementing plans to respond to academic-related challenges.
