Education Manager Role

As an Education Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the academic programs of our institution. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster a collaborative work environment.


Responsibilities:
  • CPE Process Management: Ensure full compliance with CPE regulatory requirements by staying updated with changes in regulations and implementing necessary changes in operational processes.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of educational professionals to foster a high-performance work environment and conduct performance reviews to identify training needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of academic programs, ensure effective implementation of academic policies and procedures, and coordinate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of academic activities.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to align operational goals with institutional objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure student satisfaction and academic quality, address and resolve any issues related to academic operations, and represent the institution in various forums and meetings as required.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational operations, with a strong understanding of the CPE process in Singapore.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing and leading teams, excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
