Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Directors and relevant department managers.
- Monitor and review development, planning and delivery of academic programmes are in accordance to policies set out by Academic and Examination Board
- Take charge of Academic and Examination performance and review
- Work with Management Representative and adhere to and comply with regulations in accordance to Private Education Act
- Oversee various academic activities, including module/program delivery, class scheduling and examinations.
- Implement assessment strategies to foster holistic education experiences for our students.
- Ensure a robust Quality Assurance and Enhancement system to continually elevate Academic standards.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Masters in Education or a related field from an accredited university.
- Proven experience in academic affairs or educational management preferred.
- At least 5 years in education / teaching experience
- Good working knowledge of Enhanced Registration Framework and Edutrust Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
