Job Opportunity: Project Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, planning, and implementation of our Building Management Systems (BMS). This includes designing project plans, specifications, and contract documents, as well as overseeing testing, commissioning, and software programming on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of comprehensive project plans and specifications that meet client requirements.
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and programming of BMS systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you must hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 2 years related experience in the HVAC/BAS industry is also required.
Technical Skills:- High proficiency in BMS, including HVAC experience and sequence of preparation for BMS.
- Experience in BMS technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement, and OMM.
- Strong knowledge of IO point schedules, assignments, and materials selection with value engineering.
- Logical knowledge in ACMV & HVAC system control logic and network and MS office & project background knowledge.
