Building Management System Technical Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Building Management System Technical Specialist to lead and manage maintenance and service works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and implement preventive maintenance work on time and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for quotations and purchase orders
- Perform routine checks, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting, and upgrading/improvement of the Building Management System to ensure optimal functioning
- Optimize BMS to reduce overall building energy consumption
- Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solutions to the facilities management team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- A proactive individual who can work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Able to generate project reports using Microsoft Office
