Job Title:
Building Systems Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Co-ordinate and assist in daily operation of the M&E Services.
  2. Carry out periodic inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules and upkeep of all equipment.
  3. Perform weekly checks on the building's fire-protection system - main panel and sub-panels, including troubleshooting on failure of fire-protection system.
  4. Attend to owner or occupier's building automation system, fire protection system and carpark system.
  5. Maintain inventory and requisite purchase of electrical/ mechanical parts/ accessories according to SOP.
  6. Supervise contractors to ensure work are carried out in accordance with work specifications in service contract and are in acceptable standard.
  7. Follow up on progress of rectification works and report to the Property Management team timely.
  8. Respond and attend to all emergency calls, after office hours and for reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of equipment.
  9. Perform troubleshooting on any failure to the building's electrical/ mechanical system.

Requirements:
  1. N/O Levels with at least 3 years' experience as building technician.
  2. Nitec in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Facility Management or other relevant field.
  3. Familiar with maintenance of building system, equipment and facilities.
  4. Ability to work as a team player as well as work independently.
  5. Open to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
