Patient Service Associate Job

We are seeking a Patient Service Associate to join our team. As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for preparing patients for examination, responding to patient phone call queries, and informing patients of financial responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry and possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. No experience is needed, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for examination
  • Respond to patient phone call queries
  • Inform patients of financial responsibility
  • Prepare and file patient forms
  • Verify and update patient information
  • Assist doctors and nurses if needed
  • Schedule appointments for patients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels/Diploma and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
