Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver instructor-led and virtual classroom training to partners and end-user customers on a regular schedule.
- Work closely with key vendors to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.
- Provide technically relevant instruction, assessment, and feedback in both lecture and hands-on lab environments.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive course syllabus ensuring all learning objectives are clearly defined.
- Design, update, and maintain all instructional course materials including manuals, presentations, and training content.
- Utilize training technologies such as video conferencing, distance learning platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and IT practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:
">- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Instructor, or similar role.
- Knowledge of enterprise software, productivity tools, and IT systems.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Certifications such as MCT, ACLP, and others related to vendor certifications are a plus.
- Experience with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
