- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales leader to join our team as a Regional Vice President of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership experience, a proven ability to drive revenue growth, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage sales teams: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and build trust.
- Manage performance and analytics: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform sales strategies and improve sales efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 12 years of software sales leadership experience in the Singapore market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Skills: Proven ability to drive revenue growth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- Strong executive relationship building track record: Proven experience establishing direct relationships with C-level executives at large enterprises.
- GTM business planning & execution experience: Consistent responsibility from market entry strategy design through execution.
- Sales & operational excellence practice: Track record of achieving team sales targets while driving process improvements.
