Role Overview:

Peak Energy is currently acquiring and constructing several mid-size solar projects in Singapore. With this expansion, we are searching for a Project Manager. You will select an EPC partner, manage construction by the EPC, and participate in the team from the early stages of development.

  • Identify EPC partners and ensure qualification and vendor onboarding based on SOP.
  • Lead technical aspects, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with the partner organization to align technical strategies and achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS standards.

Technical Expertise:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in solar (preferably C&I rooftop installations) and battery technologies to enhance the technical capabilities of the business. Knowledge of standard solar-related tools like Pvsyst and Helioscope is also required.

O&M Experience:
The candidate should have demonstrated track records of managing O&M relationships and conducting these functions when needed.

Contract Negotiation:
The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating EPC contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.

Qualifications:
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in Solar. Battery technologies is a plus. Demonstrated success in building at least 15 MW of renewable energy projects. Experience negotiating EPC contracts and managing construction projects. Senior-level leadership experience in the renewable energy sector is also required.
