  • Key Responsibilities
  • Review patient cases to identify immediate needs and make recommendations for referrals.
  • Provide basic cancer information and health-related guidance to prepare patients for the cancer journey.
  • Assist with patient queries post-consultation via various communication channels.
  • Update patient databases to track progress and provide necessary assistance.
  • Plan and execute events for patient support groups and exercise activities.
  • Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant discipline (life science background preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to empathize with patients.
  • Competent in using computer software and programs to assess patient information.
  • Able to work independently with initiative and creativity.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Effectively bilingual or fluent in local dialects to communicate with patients.
  • Competent in using alternative forms of education platforms and networking tools.
