About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional residential support services to scholars from low-income households.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being, safety, and smooth transition of scholars into our residential facilities. You will collaborate closely with scholars, their families, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and supportive living environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine care and support to scholars, including assistance with meals, waking up, and lights out duties.
  • Coordinate and oversee the security, facilities/cleaning to upkeep and optimize the residential environment for scholars.

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in residential support or student services is a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, connecting effectively with scholars from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of youth engagement theory and cultural sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated crisis management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
