Arcade Operations Lead Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Arcade Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day operations in our VR arcade. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high-quality services, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities in the arcade, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Service customers, lead group bookings in the arcade, and provide exceptional experiences to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and assist players about the VR games, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Maintain the arcade in optimal condition, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are met.
  • Create weekly content based on marketing strategy, promoting the arcade's offerings and events.
  • Ad hoc tasks during work hours, supporting the team and driving business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment or gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • No technical experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
