Job Description:

To construct and manage 3D Building Information Models, utilizing BIM software to prepare accurate drawings for submission. This includes updating models according to the latest information provided, ensuring the accuracy of shop drawings, generating 2D documentation, As-Built BIM, and detailing submissions.

The role involves conducting BIM coordination with other disciplines such as clash detection. It also entails building-up, updating, and enhancing BIM objects, families, and templates.

Additionally, developing virtual mock-ups for modular design, preparing BIM models and/or drawings for tender, including quantity take-off measurements is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and manage 3D BIM models.
  • Update models according to the latest information provided.
  • Ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
  • Generate 2D documentation, As-Built BIM, and detailing submissions.
  • Conduct BIM coordination with other disciplines.
  • Build-up, update, and enhance BIM objects, families, and templates.
  • Develop virtual mock-ups for modular design.
  • Prepare BIM models and/or drawings for tender.
Requirements:

Diploma in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in drafting for Architectural/Structural/Plumbing/Mechanical Trades.

A good knowledge of Auto-cad and BIM 3D Modelling is essential.
