This is a high-level technical position that involves working closely with customers to resolve complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to dosing pumps.
  • Install, configure, and maintain customer equipment.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and experience in the field of mechanical engineering, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering field.
  • 1-3 years of technical support experience.
  • Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
