Executive Accountant and Human Resources Specialist

  • Accounting Responsibilities:
    • Handle the complete spectrum of accounting duties.
    • Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closings by preparing financial reports.
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
    • Ensure timely compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
    • Support budget preparation and financial analysis.
  • Human Resource Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate recruitment processes from start to finish, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
    • Process payroll and ensure prompt salary disbursement.
    • Address employee concerns and ensure adherence to HR policies.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in both HR and Accounting is preferred.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
