
Insurance Claims Manager

This role involves overseeing the efficient processing of motor insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring that claims are handled in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accident reporting and explain claims process to customers
Exercise effective claims management to achieve targets for claims results
Work with team to ensure company losses are recovered from third parties or defend claims arising from road accidents
Coordinate with workshops and relevant parties to liaise with third party insurers/workshops, solicitors, and passengers on behalf of SMRT Buses / Strides Premier Fleet of Vehicles
Qualifications & Work Experience
Certificate or Diploma in General Insurance (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years' experience in processing motor insurance claims.
Results-oriented and effective team player with attention to detail and business processes in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills to identify causes of problems and recommend solutions.
Good negotiation, problem solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.
