Job Title: Sales Director, Defence

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Director to lead our Defence sales team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:
  • Lead the Defence sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and services
  • Manage and monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
About You:
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Defence industry
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the Defence industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional results
