Job Description

We are seeking a skilled systems engineer to lead the design and integration of cutting-edge laser and electro-optics systems for defense applications. As the technical anchor, you will drive the end-to-end system design and integration process, ensuring technical coherence and delivery of high-performance, field-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex operational needs into system-level solutions
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams through concept development, integration, testing, and deployment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of optics, lasers, and electro-optical systems. You should also possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working across engineering domains. Additionally, you should have experience in requirements engineering, system design reviews, and verification/validation plans.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering of advanced laser or electro-optics systems
  • Proven experience in requirements engineering, system design reviews, and verification/validation plans
  • Solid understanding of optics, lasers, and electro-optical systems
