Job Title

A seasoned Electrical Project Manager is required to lead and execute electrical projects with a high degree of technical proficiency.

  • This role will oversee project coordination, site works, and workflows with main contractors' representatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a proven track record in managing diverse teams and resolving site issues effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic planning, and technical documentation are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, sub-contractors, and main contractors.
  4. Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate project status and progress.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • MEP design experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Technical expertise in electrical systems, commissioning, and testing.
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
