Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled electrical project manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to lead and manage complex projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including engineers, designers and drafters
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8-15 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and local and international codes and standards
  • Proficiency in industry-accepted electrical engineering software, such as ETAP and SKM
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
