Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and services, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell products and services
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure every customer is acknowledged with a friendly greeting
  • Provide information and assistance to encourage purchases
  • Eager to learn and participate in company training programs
  • Perform tasks such as cleaning the store, unpacking stock, and administrative duties as needed
  • Replenish displays to maintain sufficient stock and visual merchandising
  • Establish long-term relationships with key customers
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of musical instruments (Drum, Guitar, Bass, Ukulele or Digital Audio Workstation knowledge)
  • Outgoing personality and ability to engage with customers
  • Strong ability to connect with customers and sell
  • Understand customer service principles and provide an excellent experience
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications, and ability to learn in-house ERP and cashiering system
  • Punctuality is a must
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take initiative to spot and resolve issues
