Job Title: HR Assistant - Entry Level

This is a vital role for any organization, requiring someone who can manage employee records accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.

A key aspect of this job is maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

You will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accuracy, and managing employee benefits.

Additionally, you will assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Other responsibilities include organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs, tracking and coordinating performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal-setting activities, and communicating HR policies to employees.
