Job Summary:

 

The High-End Sales Director is a senior leadership role within Gruppe Louis Vuitton, requiring exceptional sales and leadership skills. As a Universe Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experience, and developing high-performing teams within your designated universe.

 

Main Responsibilities:

You will lead a team of professionals, develop managers to deliver the Louis Vuitton brand experience, support the team in building long-term client relationships, and develop business by cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the universe. You will also be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing inventory levels, and achieving sales targets.

 

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience in retail, including at least 5 years of management experience, proven experience in leading large teams, and strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry. Excellent communication skills, a strong business sense, and the ability to analyze, organize, and plan are essential. Interpersonal savvy, tactfulness, and diplomacy are also required.
