Senior Marketing Localization Strategist, APAC

The ideal candidate will drive high-priority non-title campaign launches for marketing from their localization strategy to implementation with a focus on creative excellence and seamless member experience.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including globalization, content, engineering, and product management to sync development efforts and localization schedules.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized marketing localization strategy, ensuring accountability across functional teams.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to define the marketing localization approach for APAC campaigns.
  • Analyze data to optimize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and report findings to relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-priority non-title campaign launches for marketing from their localization strategy to implementation with a focus on creative excellence and seamless member experience.
  • Oversee non-title marketing slate localization budget in close partnership with title-centric localization producers.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in localization production or program management working on language launches, creative content, marketing, and/or subtitle localization.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing, localization, and industry-standard tools.
  • Deep expertise in the APAC region and fluency in English required. Korean, Thai, or Indonesian highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience a plus.
