Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing according to company policies and accounting principles.
  • Reconcile accounts payable/receivable ledgers and bank reconciliation to ensure accurate records.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Assist with supplier/customer and internal queries regarding invoices, payments, billings, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to AP/AR.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of customer accounts and credit limits.
  • Support month-end closing processes by preparing reports and reconciling balances.
  • Handle multicurrency payment/collection for overseas entities.
  • Support the organization in daily office administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role.
  • Proficiency in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero or similar).
  • Knowledge of Singapore GST rules and guidelines is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
