Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned financial operations specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the financial management of subsidiaries, encompassing end-to-end financial scope, including month-end, quarterly and year-end closings, reviewing Accounts Executives' work, and preparing financial and management reports.

This role focuses on consolidation, particularly for our APAC portfolio. You will also contribute to process and systems improvements, ensuring seamless financial operations.

About the Job:
  • Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial operations of subsidiaries.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of Accounts Executives' work, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial and management reports to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in financial operations, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • CA, ISCA, or ACCA qualification highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in audit, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
