Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • At least a Higher Nitec in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software applications, including Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
