We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Strategist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our procurement strategy and ensuring the effective management of our resources.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services.

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and senior management. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business requirements and reduce costs.
  2. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement activities.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on procurement activities to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the semiconductor or construction industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of procurement software and systems.
