Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Specialist to join our allied health team.

The successful candidate will support children with diverse speech, language, communication, and feeding needs in our range of paediatric-focused programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children in early intervention settings and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Conduct assessments and provide tailored interventions for paediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualised plans, working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
  • Deliver therapy through individual and/or group sessions in centre-based or community-based settings.
  • Provide training and guidance to caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders to support the child's development across home and school environments.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to holistic care planning for children.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Passion for working with children in early intervention, developmental, or educational settings.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fresh graduates with interests in paediatric are welcome to apply.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in paediatric speech therapy is an advantage.
