Speech Therapist Position

We are seeking a speech and language therapist / senior speech and language therapist (paediatrics) to join our allied health team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing tailored speech and language therapy interventions for paediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide tailored speech and language therapy interventions for paediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualised intervention plans (IIPs) or individualised educational plans (IEPs), working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
  • Deliver therapy through individual and/or group sessions in centre-based or community-based settings.
  • Provide training and guidance to caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders to support the child's development across home and school environments.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to holistic care planning for children.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in speech and language therapy.
  • Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Passion for working with children in early intervention, developmental, or educational settings.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fresh graduates with interests in paediatric are welcome to apply.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in paediatric speech therapy is an advantage.
