As a key member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless consultations and procedures.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert patient care, handling enquiries and needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist doctors during consultations and procedures, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage counter duties, including registration, billing, and appointment scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate services.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Nursing or above.
  • Patient-focused, willing to learn, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Overtime pay ($300-$500 per month).
  • Bonus scheme (4 months yearly).

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 5.5 days/week, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm, 6pm-9pm), Saturday (9am-1pm).
