**Job Title: Site Operations Manager - Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Services**Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager - M&E Services to oversee the execution of mechanical and electrical installation works on our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site supervision, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee the timely execution of M&E installation works, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and allocated timeframe.
  • Supervise contractors and coordinate with consultants to achieve objectives of quality and timeliness.
  • Review project drawings and specifications, raising discrepancies and potential problems to the appointed Qualified Person and project consultants.
  • Submit site reports on project performance and progress on a weekly basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:A successful candidate will possess:
  • a recognised Diploma/Nitec in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering/Building.
  • Registration as a Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES is preferred.
  • a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as an RTO, with at least eight (8) years in supervision of works similar to this role.
  • willingness to perform night works.
Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of $5,000 to $6,500 per month, negotiable based on experience.Others:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper and updated records of all works, including variation works, tests, inspections, work progress, materials, and equipment/machinery on site.
