Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks tailored to each project.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Data collection methods and evaluation criteria.
  • Project Monitoring
    • Regularly monitor construction activities, timelines, and resource utilization.
    • Site visits, reviewing project documentation, and coordinating with project managers and subcontractors.
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Oversight of quality assurance processes to ensure construction work meets industry standards.
    • Client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in project management and/or site coordination works for building/civil projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge in M&E works, planning capability, and authorities' compliance.
